This scarf is a one off unique piece, it is different from my other scarves with extra squares of fabric added to give it an even more textured surface.
The Fringe Scarf is a colourful, lightweight wool scarf designed to add texture, warmth and individuality to your wardrobe. Made from two layers of soft wool fabrics, with additional fabric and yarns to bring even more colour and texture, it has a lovely layered look that makes it stand out from an ordinary scarf. A creative twist to a traditional Scottish scarf.
Finished with two layers of colourful fringing, this scarf has movement and character. It is lightweight and slightly narrower than a lot of scarves making it comfortable, but still warm to wear with less bulk around the neck. It also adds a splash of colour to your outfit.
This is a scarf for women who like their accessories to have a personality of their own.

Each scarf is unique and the lengths and widths are not standard as it often depends on what fabrics I am able to source.

Approximate length: 150 cm ( not including fringe)

I love experimenting with different fabrics, colours, and textures, finding unexpected combinations that work beautifully together. This Fringe Scarf grew from one of those creative experiments and has become a piece full of character, colour, and movement.
The mix of vibrant fabrics and layered fringes creates a scarf that feels cheerful, individual, and easy to wear. Its narrower shape makes it particularly comfortable for wearing indoors, adding warmth without feeling bulky, while the flowing fringe detail brings texture and interest to even the simplest outfit.
At the moment, this is the only scarf of its kind I've made. I enjoyed creating it so much that it may inspire future designs, but for now it remains a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
