Meet Daisy Cunningham, ANutr
Meet Daisy, a recent Nutrition graduate from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, who is now taking the exciting steps towards setting up her own freelance nutrition business.
Daisy has always had a passion for food and wellbeing. With previous experience as a chef and barista, as well as working as a trained lifeguard at a local swimming pool, she brings a varied background to her interest in nutrition. She's particularly interested in how food affects our bodies, with a focus on longevity, fitness and simple dietary changes that can help support our health.
For Daisy, healthy eating is about finding the right balance. Food should be nutritious, but it should also be delicious and enjoyable!
“Helping people to make simple dietary changes to impove their health and achieve their goals is something that brings me pure joy”
You might recognise Daisy, as she's also my daughter and very kindly gives up some of her time to help me out with modelling for Julia Cunningham bags. I'm delighted to be able to share a little of what she's doing as she starts this next chapter.
I asked Daisy-
What are your Favourite Colours ?- “My favourite is green, but I also like blue and pink”
Do you drink tea or coffee?- “I love a latte from a posh cafe, but like to start my day with a green tea in a nice cup”
What can't you live without in your handbag? “I definately need my lip balm and my mints”
If you're interested in nutrition, looking for advice or simply curious about how small changes to what you eat can make a difference, you can follow Daisy on Instagram and Facebook at @daisyc_nutrition. You can also find her on LinkedIn and follow along with her journey as she builds her business.
Wishing her lots of luck with this exciting new adventure!
